Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to bookings made directly with DJC NATURE STAY. We will share any special conditions for a particular rate, date, or group booking before payment and include them in the booking confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that your travel plans can change, and we have a fair and transparent cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your reservation, the refund of the deposit will be based on the deposit amount as follows:

• 10% of the deposit will be deducted if cancelled 15 days or more before the check-in date.
• 50% of the deposit will be deducted if cancelled between 48 hours and 14 days before the check-in date.
• No refund will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours before the check-in date.
• No refunds or credits will be issued for early checkouts.

Postponement / Rescheduling Rules

If you need to reschedule your reservation, the postponement or preponement terms will be as follows:

Postponement means moving your reservation to a later date. Preponement means moving your reservation to an earlier date. Postponement terms begin from the original check-in date.

• Rescheduling or preponement is free if requested at least 15 days before the check-in date.
• Once a reservation is rescheduled or preponed, no further changes or cancellations are allowed.
• A fee of 20% of the booking amount will be charged if the reservation is postponed or preponed between 7 and 14 days before the check-in date.
• A fee of 50% of the booking amount will be charged if the reservation is postponed or preponed between 24 hours and 7 days before the check-in date.
• No changes are allowed within 24 hours of the check-in date.

Activity changes and interruptions

At times, outdoor activities may be affected by weather, water conditions, operator decisions, government orders or official restrictions. If a confirmed activity cannot take place, we will explain the available options under the booking terms.

If we cannot host your confirmed stay

If DJC NATURE STAY cannot provide your confirmed accommodation due to natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you promptly and explain the available arrangements.

Bookings through another platform or agent

If you booked through a third party, begin your cancellation or amendment request with that booking channel. The conditions accepted at the time of booking will determine the process and applicable charges.
